Chris Africa is a science fiction and fantasy author whose day job as a digital project manager in Southeast Michigan pays the bills.
Chris has been writing and publishing content her entire life, in numerous formats and genres. Her background includes:
- Five years as reporter and editor at her hometown newspaper, The Daily Standard.
- Copywriting for alumni publications and writing web site content as part of various jobs at the University of Michigan.
- Publisher/editor (and designer) for the now-defunct Ultraverse E-zine of Science Fiction and Fantasy.
- Author of The Elf and the Amulet and The Shapeshifter’s Fate.
- Author of numerous stories on Wattpad.
- Invited contributor to the Vizions of the Future anthology (now out of print )
